It seems Florence Pugh has switched up her look for the third time in as many months. After trading in her signature blonde hair for a shaggy brunette hairdo back in October, it seems the Don’t Look Up star has gone back to her roots – albeit with a punk-chic twist.

Debuting her new hair on Instagram ahead of the impending holiday season, Pugh can be seen wearing electric blue fluffy outerwear with pink sunglasses and a choppy, platinum pixie cut. The new look replaces Pugh’s most recent hair colour, which saw the actor embrace a cherry-red hue for her locks.

It’s also a noticeably shorter cut for Pugh, who only a few weeks ago was wearing her hair in a chin-length brunette mullet at the Don’t Look Up premiere. It seems she’s ditched the shaggy 70s layers for a striking pixie cut, which she wore in a poker-straight, messy style.

The star first went brunette back in August for her role in Netflix’s The Wonder, in which she plays main character Lib Wright for the psychological thriller adaptation of Emma Donoghue’s popular novel. She then lopped off her long lengths for loose layers in October, before seemingly tinting her hair red in November.

A return to her trademark platinum blonde may signal a new role for the star, who has been filming back-to-back over the last few months.

In addition to The Wonder, Pugh has also filmed for Don’t Worry Darling alongside Harry Styles and A Good Person, which co-starred and was directed by her boyfriend Zach Braff.
