Euphoria fever shows no signs of abating, particularly as it pertains to the makeup. Since the HBO hit first debuted back in 2019, Euphoria‘s expressive beauty looks have taken over social media, leading to a resurgence of maximalist makeup by way of rhinestones, glitter and technicolour eyeshadow.
Everyone is wanting to indulge in a little cosmetic cosplay, but nailing such intricate makeup at home can prove difficult if you don’t know your way around winged liner. Makeup artist @daniellemakeup_ demonstrates a simple way to try the graphic, negative-space liner look that Jules and Maddy often wear on the show – except much more pared back and very easy to achieve in a short amount of time.
She recommends applying a neutral eyeshadow then placing tape along the outer corner of the eye to nail the sharp wing. Then it’s as simple as drawing a line from that wing up towards the crease for a flattering cat-eye effect.

Creator @hanstluce shows how to do a more detailed eyeshadow look, starting with a deep magenta shade that she sweeps outward towards the temples. She then applies a similar shade along the lower lashline and a chalky white hue along the inner corner to create contrast.
A deeper purple shade is then applied along the upper and lower lashline for definition, before rhinestones are delicately dotted through the inner corner above the crease and in a v-shape at the outer edge. A slick of white liner through the lower lashline, gloss, blush, highlight and some fluttery lashes finish the look.
