When Meryl Streep as high fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly said her most iconic line in The Devil Wears Prada, “Florals for spring. Groundbreaking,” you can bet she wasn’t talking about Dua Lipa’s latest look: a genuinely groundbreaking way of wearing a floral dress in that it is in no way feminine or girly, nor does it incorporate pastels, ruffles, or anything else you’d expect from a floral spring maxi piece.

Lipa, who is currently travelling around Europe on her European leg of the Future Nostalgia tour, uploaded images to Instagram from her stop in Berlin, where she wore an aptly grunge dark grey maxi dress decorated with a giant white flower across the front.

The cool-girl look, designed by Marni (of course), was paired with more dressed-up green lace-up heels by one of Lipa’s go-to accessory labels, party shoe specialist D’Accori. Keeping her accessories light, the singer wore a pair of gold hoop earrings as she walked around one of the city’s art galleries – of course! – sans handbag and with an orange and brown checkered jumper in hand.

As part of the same photo dump, Lipa shared images of herself wearing her favourite pair of baggy low-rise jeans by Eytys paired with a studded black belt and a printed boob tube. She also wore black sneakers and a black printed blazer with green writing across the front.

A little further in, past photos of art, sushi and natural wine (they don’t call her the photo dump queen for nothing), the gallery included yet another look. This time, Lipa was pictured lying down for some shut-eye on a couch showing off the back of her black long-sleeve top, which had cutouts on it. She paired it with a simple but chic black mini skirt and gold earrings. The perfect napping outfit if you’re an international pop star with an unlimited wardrobe. Oh, to be Dua Lipa.
