It’s officially November, which means many of us are on the lookout for party season inspiration that can take us from long lunches to the dance floor, with a cocktail hour dropped somewhere in between. When pulling together a party look, it’s vital to create something that will look better—not worse—as the night goes on, and the more lived (and partied) in it becomes. Luckily for us, model Blanca Padilla has heard our collective calls and delivered what’s sure to be the look of the year: messy bangs and an on-purpose smudged eye.
Attending the 2022 LOS40 music awards in Madrid, the Spanish model wore a strapless velvet cut-out Magda Butrym dress with sheer black tights. Along with the mini dress, Padilla wore heels and jewellery from Spanish boutique Chocrón Joyeros, providing that pairing all-black with diamonds still works as well as ever.
On Instagram, the model shared how her beauty look, created by Madrid-based hair and makeup artist Raquel Álvarez Díaz, came together. Along with clip-in bangs, Padilla’s look was comprised of cream blush, lightly over-lined lips, smudged black eyeliner, and a whole lot of texturising hair spray.
