Blake Lively has lost the weight she gained during her second pregnancy, and she wants the world to know how good it feels.

The actress, who welcomed her second daughter with Ryan Reynolds in September 2016, showed off her slimmed-down figure in an Instagram post overnight.

The 30-year-old revealed she gained 28 kilograms over 10 months, and that she didn’t lose the extra weight overnight.

“Turns out you can’t lose the 61 pounds [28 kilograms] you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instagram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models,” she captioned the pic posing with her trainer, Don Saladino.

“Thanks @donsaladino for kickin’ my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud.”

Saladino runs a gym in New York City and has trained Scarlett Johansson, as well as Blake’s man Ryan when he got in shape for Deadpool.

Blake’s feat is made even more impressive by the fact she’s been suffering from a hand injury after getting hurt on the set of her latest film, The Rhythm Section.

Production on the film was put on hold at the end of 2017 while Lively recuperated and got surgery on her hand.

However, last month it was reported that that surgery didn’t go as planned. The actress will reportedly undergo another surgery and take a while longer to recover.

The insider told the publication that while half the film has been shot, it is unclear when filming will recommence and crew have been told to look for other work.

The film – which follows a woman (Lively) who seeks to uncover the truth after her family were killed in a plane crash – is being directed by The Handmaid’s Tale’s Reed Morano.
