After meeting Andrew Form in a chance encounter on the streets of New York City in 2020 – during the height of the pandemic – Alexandra Daddario married the producer in an elegant ceremony in New Orleans last month. The couple have released photographs captured by Storm Santos of the summer wedding, which took place at the iconic Preservation Hall.

The newly-weds posed within the historic building and were photographed leaving the ceremony carrying lace umbrellas while a brass band played in the background. The White Lotus actress chose to wear a Danielle Frankel gown for the special day which featured hand pleated silk wool and hand-appliquéd chantilly lace florals along the bust and skirt. She also wore a long lace veil for the ceremony which was draped over her arm as they left the venue.

“I followed them on Instagram. They sent me a message, and we chatted, and when I went to their studio, I just felt beautiful in everything,” Daddario explained in an interview. “I chose my dress because it felt like it belonged in New Orleans and was the right choice for the Louisiana heat.”

Her hair was twisted in a low bun while her makeup was kept fresh and dewy with a shimmering brown eyeshadow look and nude lip.

Form was dressed in a Brunello Cucinelli cream pinstripe suit for the event. “He ultimately chose a beautiful, not-too-serious suit that worked for a New Orleans wedding in the middle of June,” the actress added.

Following the ceremony the Second Lines band – a New Orleans native music group – led the couple and their guests through the French Quarter to the reception at Bar Marilou where guests were treated to cheeseburgers, tarot card readings and a dance floor until close.

Daddario, 36, and Form, 53, got engaged in August 2021 after 12 months of dating. “The absolutely most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compassion,” she wrote on Instagram alongside in December. “You’re a loving father, funny, hard-working, honest, introspective, sexy, kind and sensitive.”

She continued, “You’ve taken the worst moments of my life and soothed them, just knowing that you existed when they happened makes my heart fuller and more pieced together.”

Congratulations to the happy couple!
