It was a pure pleasure to see Australian actress Elizabeth Debicki take home the 2024 Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Princess Diana in The Crown. The 34-year-old, resplendent in head-to-toe Dior, quite literally glowed on stage as she eloquently accepted her golden gong.
“Playing this part based on this unparalleled, incredible human being has been my great privilege,” Debicki said upon accepting her first Emmy. “It has been a gift, thank you so very much.”
The star’s makeup artist for the evening, Misha Shahzada, focused in on soft hues which complimented both Debicki’s fair complexion and the soft nature of her character.
