Though she recently asserted that she was not the ‘trad wife’ the Internet claimed her to be, Nara Smith and her husband, Lucky Blue Smith, stepped out in some very classic date-night looks for an evening on the town.
Attending a cocktail party at Le Veau d’Or in New York, the controversial duo left behind their domestic duties to make a stylish appearance during the city’s Fashion Week.
Channelling a model-off-duty look, Nara wore a strapless grey wool midi dress by Calvin Klein dress that accentuated her figure. She paired the dress with black pointed pumps, a boxy leather handbag and a minimalist choker from Tiffany & Co. For glam, she opted for a sensual red manicure and a slicked bun for a ’90s office siren effect.
Her husband complemented the aesthetic with a cream double-breasted jacket, a white button-down shirt, and navy trousers. Going for more of a retro-preppy feel, he donned monogrammed velvet loafers and his signature gelled hair.

Further exhibiting her ‘First Lady’-esque style, Nara was photographed attending the US Open tennis tournament in a Burberry belted mini shirtdress that featured the brand’s iconic check print. She further elevated the look with knee-high riding boots and a tan shoulder bag.
Lucky followed suit in a classic button-down shirt, black trousers and loafers.
