If you’re still thinking about Nicole Kidman’s appearance at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, then same. From its gravity-defying bodice and conical hips to its beaded fringing hip, her Schiaparelli gown was a highlight of the glamorous event. Only, we couldn’t help but be equally captivated by the actress’ luminescent skin.
Complimenting her tousled blonde locks, Kidman’s glam was courtesy of famed celebrity MUA Gucci Westman. And as recounted to Vogue, the artist dished on the exact products responsible for the Babygirl star’s fresh complexion.
Kidman’s base was primed to perfection with Westmans’ latest launch, the Vital Skincare Concealer, which hasn’t quite made its way Down Under yet. However, the skincare heroes that elevated the coverage included the brand’s hyped Vital Skincare Complexion Drops, which delivers a healthy glow and even tone, as well as a sweeping of her viral blush, the Baby Cheeks Blush Stick in the shade ‘Minette’.
The Westman Atelier Vital Pressed Skincare Powder was then lightly applied to set the makeup in place and minimise unwanted shine when facing a wall of photographers.
For the rest of her beauty look, Kidman kept her eyebrows naturally brushed and donned thick black cat liquid eyeliner and full lashes. Leaving her lower lash line bare imparted an almost 60s-style effect, while her lips were flushed with coral pink.
“Gucci’s work is just like her personality,” Kidman told the outlet. “Chic and effortless. I love the way she does my makeup, but I love the time we get to spend together while we’re getting ready just as much.”
