Sarah Jessica Parker has confirmed reports that plans for a third Sex And The City movie have been scrapped.

“It’s over… we’re not doing it,” she told Extra TV on Friday, the same day the Daily Mailreported the SATC 3 project had been canned for good.

“I’m disappointed,” she said, obviously saddened. “We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story.

“It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.”

Kim Cattrall has denied the Daily Mail’s claim that Warner Bros pulled SATC 3 because Kim would only do it if the company green-lit some other projects she has in the works, and she quit the project when WB turned her down.

But she did admit she did not want to do a third film, which is most likely why the project cannot move forward.

“The only ‘DEMAND’ I ever made was that I didn’t want to do a 3rd film….& that was back in 2016,” she tweeted.

Sorry, Sex And The City fans. Looks like we’re gonna have to settle for watching re-runs.
