Meghan Markle’s attendance as Prince Harry’s guest at Pippa Middleton’s upcoming wedding is all but confirmed. Knowers of all things Royal gossip Hello! have reported that Markle has requested a week of leave from the Suits set at the time of the May nuptials.
The news has come as a surprise to those closely following Pippa’s wedding plans, because it was recently reported that the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister and her husband-to-be, James Matthews, have instated a strict ‘no ring, no bring’ policy for their May 20 nuptials, meaning guests can only bring a plus-one if it’s their husband or wife.
So, is the Suits actress getting special treatment as Harry’s girlfriend? It’s possible. Or according to People, Meghan will not attend the ceremony with Harry, but she will be by the Prince’s side for the reception at night.

The news comes after Harry and Meghan spent Easter together – he blew off a traditional church service with Queen Elizabeth and the family to spend the long weekend in Toronto with the actress. And on top of that, he’s reportedly eager for her to uproot from Toronto, where she’s based to film Suits, to London.
According to The Daily Mail, Harry, who has been dating Markle for close to a year now, wants his girlfriend to move into a new apartment with him in Kensington Palace. Renovations are allegedly underway of the property which is next door to Prince William and Kate Middleton.
“[Harry] keeps popping round and asking when it will be ready,” a source told the publication. “He seems in a real hurry to move in with Meghan.”
All signs point to Meghan having a ring to bring in the not-so-distant future.
