After threatening to make his Instagram account private in response to negative comments, Justin Bieber decided a more drastic measure was in order.
The singer, who clocked up 77 million followers to become one of the most popular people on the app, wiped his account in the early hours of Wednesday.
Now fans get only an error page when trying to visit @justinbieber, and knowing the intense passion of Justin’s ‘Beliebers’, this isn’t going to go down well.
Around the time Justin turned the lights out, Selena Gomez issued an apology of sorts for comments she wrote on his account that sparked a feud between the exes. She posted the below on Snapchat:
But just like the lyrics to Justin’s song, it seems it really is too late now to say Sorry.
Justin might just be taking a temporary break from the drama, and there’s every chance he could reinstate it soon. And because it’s 2016, at least there are plenty of hilarious memes to entertain us while we wait.
