Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are no stranger to fertility struggles – the Sports Illustrated model once said they tried for about nine years before turning to IVF.

She’s also been open about her struggle with post-natal depression after the birth of their daughter, Luna, in April 2016.

But the couple is preparing to embark on the IVF process again in the hope of growing their family, as John has revealed to US Cosmo.

“Having a baby is a big challenge for a couple … I think it’s especially difficult when you can’t conceive naturally,” the All Of Me singer said.

“You want to feel like everything’s working properly and want everything to be perfect, but sometimes it’s not,” he continued.

“I wouldn’t say we can’t conceive naturally, but … it’s enough of a challenge where it felt like we needed help. We’re lucky that we’re living in an age where we can conceive in other ways.

“[IVF] brought us Luna and hopefully it will bring us a few more awesome kids, too.”

If Chrissy and John do conceive again, Luna will have a little brother – the social media queen recently tweeted the last embryo they have left is a boy.

Here’s wishing them the best of luck – they certainly make adorable offspring.
