Monica Barbaro may not have taken home the Oscar<\/a> last night, but she definitely took something back, as the actress was spotted leaving the Vanity Fair Oscar party<\/a> with her rumoured new boyfriend, Andrew Garfield<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Attending her first Academy Awards as a nominee, the A Complete Unknown<\/em><\/a> star did not pose for any public photos with Garfield, neither at the awards ceremony nor the after party, but the two appeared to arrive together, as noticed by fans.<\/p>\n

Unlike her co-star Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a>, who garnered plenty of attention with his girlfriend Kylie Jenner<\/a> as his plus one, Barbaro<\/a> kept things incredibly under the radar throughout the night. But by the end of the night, they left together\u2014making it clear that, quiet as they may be, they\u2019re very much a thing.<\/p>\n

The couple were first seen together in January at W magazine<\/em>\u2019s Best Performances party in Los Angeles. They were then spotted on February 20, attending a performance of Jonathan Bailey\u2019s Richard II<\/em> in London.<\/p>\n

On February 21, People<\/em><\/a> magazine reportedly confirmed that Barbaro and Garfield were seeing each other, with a source describing their relationship as \u201clow-key,\u201d which tracks, especially for Garfield, 41, who\u2019s always kept his love life private.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have never, and I won\u2019t ever, speak about or confirm or deny anything about my personal life with anyone, ever,\u201d he told Esquire<\/em><\/a> last year during an interview.<\/p>\n

Though it’s unclear how long Barbaro and the We Live In Time<\/em> <\/a>star have been dating, Garfield was confirmed to have split with his ex, Dr. Kate Tomas<\/a>, months before she confirmed the news in October 2024.<\/p>\n
