On Watch What Happens Live, Pamela Anderson revived a shocking claim about Sylvester Stallone’s alleged offer to make her his ‘No. 1 girl.’ What really happened between the Baywatch star and the Hollywood icon still divides their versions.

Pamela Anderson tells a story the way other people order martinis – dry, with a twist. On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Baywatch icon casually revisited a decades-old encounter with a certain action legend, hinting that real estate once came attached to an offer of romance.

That legend is Sylvester Stallone, and the anecdote is the same one Anderson first laid out in her 2023 Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story and memoir Love, Pamela: an alleged proposal that she become his “No. 1 girl” in exchange for serious perks, variously described as a house and an apartment or, in her English retelling, “a condo and a Porsche.”

The Alleged Hollywood Offer

According to Anderson, it all happened in the early 90s, when she was the new lifeguard on Baywatch and Stallone was already the man who built a career on Rocky and Rambo. She says she visited his place and was presented with something closer to a business pitch than a flirtation: he would set her up with property and a luxury car if she agreed to be his main girlfriend.

In her telling, he wanted her to be his “No. 1 girl”, which naturally raises the question of how many numbers there might be. She recalls pushing back and ultimately saying no, because she wanted to be in love, not on payroll. Spanish and Latin American sites later paraphrased the offer as “casa y piso” – house and apartment – but the power dynamic at the center stays unmistakable.

How The Story Went Public

When Pamela, a Love Story hit Netflix on January 31, 2023, paired with the memoir Love, Pamela, this Stallone vignette was one bead on a much longer string. The projects were billed as Anderson taking back her narrative after years of tabloids and the unauthorized series Pam & Tommy. Inside that context, the condo-and-Porsche anecdote reads less like a stray gossip item and more like one example of how fame exposed her to powerful men treating intimacy as a transaction.

Sylvester Stallone’s Side Of The Story

Stallone has flatly rejected Anderson’s account. Within days of the documentary’s release, his representative issued a statement labelling her claim “false and fabricated,” the statement says, and insisting he never made the offer she describes. That line has been repeated across outlets from Fox News to the New York Post, and there has been no further elaboration – no counter-version of events, just a firm denial that the condo, the car, or the “No. 1 girl” conversation ever happened.

Watch What Happens Live – And The Story Comes Back

Fast-forward to August 3, 2025. Anderson is perched in the clubhouse on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, promoting the Naked Gun reboot alongside her co-star and offscreen partner Liam Neeson. Cohen asks the obvious: does she still stand by the Stallone story now that his camp has so loudly denied it?

She barely blinks. The anecdote, she argues, is far too specific to be invented, and she calmly repeats the bones of it for Cohen’s cameras. When he teases her about whether a different car – he floats a vintage Shelby Cobra – might have changed her mind, she laughs and answers no. By the next morning, entertainment sites were calling it her latest clapback.

Why The “Number 1 Girl” Line Hits So Hard

Take away the famous names and the scene feels grimly familiar. Many women recognize the pitch: move in, be cared for, accept that the terms are his. In the early 90s, when Anderson was still learning the geography of Los Angeles, being a man’s unofficially official partner – kept but not equal – was practically a status symbol. Hearing her describe turning that deal down, after a lifetime of being reduced to a poster, is part of why the anecdote resonates now.

Timeline Of The Pamela Anderson – Sylvester Stallone Story

Key Moments In The “No. 1 Girl” Saga

  • Early 1990s – Anderson and Stallone spend time together in Hollywood; she later says this is when the alleged condo-and-Porsche offer happens.

  • January 31, 2023 – Netflix releases Pamela, a Love Story and her memoir Love, Pamela, putting the story on the record.

  • Late January 2023 – Stallone’s representative issues a statement calling her account false and denying he ever made such an offer.

  • August 3, 2025 – On Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, she reaffirms the anecdote on air; outlets like Us Weekly and The Daily Beast amplify it the next day.

Where They Are Now – And What Lingers

Right now, Anderson is leaning into the career she says she always wanted: character work, roles in films like The Last Showgirl and The Naked Gun, and a romance with Neeson that feels low-drama. Stallone continues as a Hollywood fixture with projects like Tulsa King. Between them sits an offer two people heard, and a story that refuses to fade.

[4054

Pamela Anderson, on Sylvester Stallone: "He offered me a house and an apartment in exchange for being his number 1 girl" - Grazia USA

<meta name="description" content="Pamela Anderson revives her claim Sylvester Stallone offered luxe perks to be his 'No. 1 girl.'
