His wife, Sara Wells. &#8220;She&#8217;s the reason I accepted because she was very pleased that this confers well on her taste, I think,&#8221; Wyle said. He added that she sees him as a good husband and father.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>From Dr. Carter to Dr. Robby<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wyle&#8217;s big break came playing John Carter on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ER_(TV_series)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;ER&#8221;<\/a>, alongside George Clooney, who was himself named Sexiest Man Alive in 1997 and 2006. Three decades later, his second medical drama has become his biggest triumph.
