December is not only a season of giving thanks. It\u2019s a time for reflection, too. Daisy Edgar-Jones is acutely aware of what this period requires, which is why she ended her most fashion-forward spell in the industry with a very festive dress perfect for her accessible yet aloof cool girl persona. <\/span><\/p>\n

The British actress\u2019 penultimate look came courtesy of the opening night party for her new project, the West End rival of Tennesse Williams\u2019 1955 play <\/span>Cat on a Hot Tin Roof<\/span><\/i><\/a>. Hosted at the Almeida Theatre, Edgar-Jones embraced the yuletide colour palette in a modular pine green mini dress from Victoria Beckham. <\/span><\/p>\n

Indeed, as the stretch towards Christmas shortens. Her decision to eschew the oversaturated red velvet textures \u00e0 la Hailey Bieber\u2019s holiday party outfit or sumptuous wintery white knits has cemented Edgar-Jones as a style pundit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sculptural piece is a one-shoulder outline that slightly protrudes from the body in asymmetrical waves, courtesy of the detailed wiring embedded into the garment, and finishes in a scalloped-shaped hem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing her penchant for avant-garde shapes, the 26-year-old completed the ensemble with Tory Burch\u2019s peep-toe pumps from the New York designer’s Spring\/Summer 2025 collection<\/a>. (Fellow London savant, Alexa Chung<\/a>, also endorsed this footwear when she walked the show\u2019s runway.) <\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, it\u2019s only fitting that the <\/span>Normal People <\/span><\/i>star wraps up her triumphant year this way. Shedding the character of the nice yet quaint indie darling, Edgar-Jones delivered a tempest of style through her collection of boho chic and minimal silhouettes<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the top of the year, Edgar-Jones tried her hand at method dressing in a stormy custom Vivienne Westwood dress at the world premiere of <\/a><\/span>Twisters<\/span><\/i><\/a>. Later, while in New York to promote the film, she embraced her inner Sienna Miller in a suite of Chemena Kamali creations for Chlo\u00e9. At the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival<\/a>, she took cues from the 70s in an ethereal pleated blue Gucci gown with a stunning scarf accent.
