Time to stare into the sunset and play Fleetwood Mac\u2019s \u201cLandslide\u201d because we\u2019ve got new intel into the breakup between Gisele B\u00fcndchen and Tom Brady. <\/span><\/p>\n

As you may recall, the Brazilian model divorced the Hall of Fame footballer in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. The couple cited that they had \u201cgrown apart\u201d,<\/a> though it was speculated the athlete\u2019s decision to come out of retirement<\/a> had compounded her decision to file.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, two years after they called it quits, the Florida-based fashion icon has happily moved on<\/a> and is currently expecting a child<\/a> with her jiu-jitsu instructor boyfriend, Joaquim Valente. <\/span><\/p>\n

Though Brady\u2019s social media interactions<\/a>\u2014see: posting a longing Instagram story with lyrics from the aforementioned song\u2014seem to signal that he\u2019s still processing the news of her pregnancy, a source has revealed that he and B\u00fcndchen were in discussions to expand their family before they broke up. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGisele and Tom were open to having another child during their marriage,\u201d an insider with knowledge told <\/span>Page Six. <\/span><\/i>They added that conceiving wasn\u2019t \u201csomething they were actively trying to do,\u201d however. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brady and B\u00fcndchen share two children, a 14-year-old son, Benjamin, and an 11-year-old daughter Vivian. The Super Bowl champion and supermodel also co-parented Brady\u2019s 17-year-old son, Jack, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend and <\/span>Sex And The City <\/span><\/i>star, Bridget Moynahan<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Though B\u00fcndchen didn\u2019t address any hopes of falling pregnant again when she announced her separation, she did state that her priority \u201chas always been and will continue to be our children, whom I love with all my heart\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,\u201d she wrote at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 44-year-old began dating Valente in July of 2023, though they had been reportedly romantically linked since November 2022. The pair connected through his Miami-based martial arts gym, where B\u00fcndchen and her children trained. Since taking their relationship public, B\u00fcndchen and the Brazilian instructor were pictured riding horses in Costa Rica<\/a>, frequenting the beach and practising the self-defence sport.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they\u2019re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,\u201d a source told <\/span>People<\/span><\/i><\/a>. According to <\/span>TMZ<\/span><\/i><\/a>, B\u00fcndchen is already six months along and is due to give birth in early 2025.
