Cameron Diaz hit pause on her glittering acting career back in 2014. Her last appearance was in “Annie,” a remake of the iconic musical. She starred alongside talents like Jamie Foxx and Rose Byrne. Yet, the film didn’t bring in rave reviews and marked her departure from the Hollywood scene. But don\u2019t think she’s been idle since then! Cameron penned a few books, launched an organic vegan wine brand<\/a>, and embraced parenthood. She married Benji Madden, had two children, and now, after ten years, she’s gearing up for a Hollywood comeback.<\/p>\n

Fans, take note! Cameron will soon grace our screens in Netflix’s “Back in Action.” She reunites with her pal Jamie Foxx for this action comedy\u2014making it their third collaboration. Plus, she’s set to dazzle in “Outcome,” a Jonah Hill flick featuring Matt Bomer and Keanu Reeves. So why did Cameron Diaz initially take a step back from the bright lights of Hollywood<\/a>? As she candidly shared at the Most Powerful Women Summit, her decision was a journey of reclaiming her life. The heart of her decision was family. “What am I passionate about?”<\/em> she asked herself. For Cameron Diaz, it was all about starting a family. Her husband, Benji Madden, has been her rock. He supported her every decision, especially on her journey back to acting.
