Kendall Jenner has made herself into somewhat of a hair chameleon of late. Typically sporting her famous family\u2019s signature long brunette tresses, the supermodel has eschewed these traditional beauty values by increasingly chopping, cropping and dyeing her lengths, much to our delight. <\/span><\/p>\n

There was the transformation that started it all, the creamy ginger tone<\/a> of copper-red she debuted for Prada\u2019s Fall\/Winter 2022 collection<\/a> presentation during Milan Fashion Week, a witchy layered crop with Audrey Hepburn baby bangs and Clara Bow drawn-on eyebrows for Marni\u2019s FW24 campaign, and of course the Kris Jenner<\/a> tousled pixie she wore for Calvin Klein\u2019s<\/a> beachy shoot. <\/span><\/p>\n

Having clearly caught the beauty bug, the 28-year-old ended New York Fashion Week<\/a> with one final new look: a quietly luxurious shade of blonde inspired by perennial 90s minimalist muse, Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.<\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n

Taking the plunge into lighter territory sometime between appearing in Ala\u00efa\u2019s landmark show at the Guggenheim Museum and appearing at the US Open, Jenner\u2019s new golden colourway has reinforced her as the paragon of understated elegance. <\/span><\/p>\n

Staying true to her inspiration, Jenner even wore her own versions of the former publicist\u2019s go-to accessories. In lieu of the acrylic tortoiseshell headband and black <\/span>oval-frame sunglasses, the reality star wore a preppy black stretch headband, a tortoiseshell claw clip and skinny rectangular-shaped frames that have become synonymous with the \u2018office siren\u2019<\/a> aesthetic. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hair colourist Jenna Perry revealed that it took her two days to lift Jenner\u2019s dark roots and ends into this soft buttery shade. (Not quite as drastic as Kim Kardashian and Chris Appleton\u2019s<\/a> 14-hour bleaching session to achieve Marilyn Monroe\u2019s look for the 2022 Met Gala<\/a>, but we appreciate Jenner\u2019s patience and prioritisation of her hair\u2019s health<\/a>.) <\/span><\/p>\n

The 818 Tequila<\/a> founder previously went blonde in 2019, albeit briefly, for Burberry\u2019s SS20 runway show during London Fashion Week. The star also proved her penchant for the look while dressing as Pamela Anderson<\/a> in <\/span>Barb Wire <\/span><\/i>for her Halloween-themed 25th birthday.
