Sabrina Carpenter may have begged her boyfriend Barry Keoghan<\/a> to \u2018please, please, please\u2019 not embarrass her in the 2024 viral single of the same name. However, according to new reports, the burgeoning couple\u2019s love story has taken a turn inspired by the name of her upcoming sixth studio album: Short n\u2019 Sweet.<\/p>\n

Indeed, the songstress is said to have broken up with the Saltburn<\/em><\/a> star, with The Sun<\/em><\/a> alleging Carpenter broke up with Keoughan \u201cbecause his party lifestyle was getting in the way of their relationship\u201d. As per a source, the Irish actor is claimed to \u201cact like an idiot when he is drunk and Sabrina was getting increasingly frustrated\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has always been a party animal and Sabrina was fed up with his antics. She is soaring in the charts and is putting herself first as she gears up for her tour next month,\u201d they add. Anonymous gossip monger DeuxMoi also published a similar submission, though did not go into further details.<\/p>\n

Despite the gossip, Keoghan and Carpenter\u2019s social media activity doesn\u2019t seem to hint at any rifts, with The Masters Of The Air<\/em><\/a> actor liking her most recent post on Instagram. Keoghan himself subtly addressed his relationship status on his own account by sharing a rare photo of his son, two-year-old Brando. \u201cHe\u2019s more of a charmer than I am. Our wee Brando \u2618\ufe0f\ud83c\udff4\udb40\udc67\udb40\udc62\udb40\udc73\udb40\udc63\udb40\udc74\udb40\udc7f,\u201d he wrote as the accompanying caption.<\/p>\n

Carpenter and Keoughan were last spotted in public during a date night at London\u2019s Chiltern Firehouse<\/a> in June. The couples confirmed their relationship with the mob wife<\/a>-themed music video for her aforementioned single, but have rarely interacted together since.
