Hollywood has buzzed with the possibility of a sequel to the 2006 hit film<\/a>, “The Devil Wears Prada” for what feels like forever. Finally, it appears that the wait might be over. Recent reports from Variety<\/em> and Puck<\/em> indicate that Disney is stepping up to produce the much-anticipated sequel, with at least two original stars gearing up for their return.<\/p>\n

The Devil Wears Prada: Back but without Anne Hathaway?<\/h2>\n

Producer Wendy Finerman has successfully persuaded Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt to reprise their iconic roles. Streep will return as the formidable Miranda Priestly, the feared editor-in-chief of Runway magazine, and Blunt as her sharp former assistant, Emily Charlton. However, Anne Hathaway<\/a>‘s involvement remains uncertain.
