And it has a very sweet Australian twist.<\/p>\n<p>The 54-year-old revealed exactly what she puts in her smoothies \u2013 and aside from the usual suspects (hello, all of the spinach), it packs a punch with two teaspoons of Elle Macpherson\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welleco.com\/products\/welleco-super-elixir-greens?variant=20717763657816\" target=\"_blank\">WelleCo Superelixir Greens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>(This is a little different from Macpherson\u2019s approach. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welleco.com\/blogs\/news\/elle-macpherson-s-day-on-a-plate\" target=\"_blank\">welleco.com<\/a>, the 56-year-old Australian model mixes two heaped teaspoons of The Super Elixir with lemon juice and filtered water upon waking. At 3pm, she\u2019ll <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BSa1c1hAtRT\/?utm_source=ig_embed\" target=\"_blank\">blend<\/a> one heaped teaspoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welleco.com\/products\/welleco-nourishing-protein?variant=8650449977458\" target=\"_blank\">WelleCo Nourishing Protein Chocolate<\/a>, 400ml of almond milk and half a frozen banana.)<\/p>\n<h5>Cindy Crawford Smoothie:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 cup of almond milk<\/em><em>\u2800<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/3 frozen banana<\/em><em>\u2800<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cup of fresh spinach<\/em><em>\u2800<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>10 fresh mint leaves<\/em><em>\u2800<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 scoop of protein powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 tsp of WelleCo Superelixir Greens<\/em><em>\u2800<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Small handful cacao nibs<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Buzz it all in a blender and what you have is a very green tasting smoothie with a chocolate-y undertone. Ever since Crawford shared her vintage, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B_p6mi1lncd\/\" target=\"_blank\">denim shorts workout<\/a> to her 4.8 million followers, I\u2019ve been tacking together her exercise regimes as part of my morning routine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_173141\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-173141\" style=\"width: 439px\" class=\"wp-caption alignfull -width\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-173141 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-24-at-1.42.27-PM.png\" alt=\"Cindy Crawford smoothie\" width=\"439\" height=\"593\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-173141\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Instagram \/ @cindycrawford<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I start with Crawford\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/cindy-crawford-ab-workout\/\">ab exercise compilation <\/a>(10 regular crunches, 10 full sit-ups, 10 roll-ups and 10 jack-knives on your right side and 10 of the same on your left side. Three rounds equals to 150 crunches.) While I do work out with a trainer three times a week, I dial a friend and do the \u201cCindy workout\u201d together every day. It <em>really<\/em> burns and I can see such a difference in just a matter of weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-173136 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/5b80f2190d0564d796fdae70fec56f1d.gif?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I follow this up with the super\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/cindy-crawford-arm-workout\/\">arm workout<\/a>, which is very challenging (particularly the front raises). And so now &#8211; in my grand bid to live my quarantine life as a supermodel &#8211; I\u2019ll add in this smoothie.
