Congrats are in order for Alexandra Daddario, who is expecting her first child!<\/p>\n

As revealed in a photoshoot debuting her growing baby bump, the White Lotus<\/em> <\/a>star is set to be a first-time parent with her husband, Andrew Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sharing her excitement during an interview<\/a> with Vogue<\/em>, Daddario expressed that she’s finally at a place where she can be open about it. After six months of baggy clothes and tactical selfies on her social media, she relishes the news being public.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to be able to not have to hide and have someone print a photo of me eating a bagel at the bodega,\u201d she told the outlet, relaying anecdotes of public morning sickness. Luckily, tabloids never suspected a thing, but her Mayfair Witches<\/em> co-stars on the other hand? They caught on pretty quickly.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was on set, and I was throwing up and having make-out scenes with my costars right after,\u201d Daddario said. \u201cBy week five, I was like, There\u2019s no way I\u2019m going to be able to hide this.\u201d<\/p>\n

As she continued filming in New Orleans for the show’s second season, the actress praised her coworkers. \u201cI have wonderful costars who have kids, and everyone was very understanding about making out with a nauseous, vomiting girl,\u201d she joked.<\/p>\n

While everything is going smoothly with her little one, the 38-year-old also opened up about her past fertility struggles.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I had been pregnant [before],\u201d she told the interviewer. \u201cI had a loss.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThose kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you\u2019ve been through them,” she continued. “I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn\u2019t understand fully before. It\u2019s very, very painful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, however, Daddario is ready to feel the joy of her pregnancy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m finally embracing it,\u201d she said. \u201cI can show it
