To <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/five-simple-things-all-fit-people-have-common-healthy-habits\/\">maintain her dream body<\/a>, she follows a very strict diet and has done so for over 25 years. It\u2019s the same meal daily: grilled fish and steamed vegetables.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s in Victoria Beckham&#8217;s Diet?<\/h2>\n<p>But is this routine actually healthy? To find out, <strong>British dietitian Reema Pillai<\/strong> gave it a try for a week. Her findings are eye-opening. <em>&#8220;Besides being boring, eating the same foods every day isn&#8217;t really good for us,&#8221;<\/em> Pillai starts.<\/p>\n<p>For the past 25 years, Victoria Beckham sticks to this monotonous meal plan, adding two tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/get-rid-acne-top-4-natural-solutions-from-granny\/\">cider vinegar<\/a> every morning on an empty stomach. &#8220;She follows this with a cup of warm lemon water, relying on the acidity rather than caffeine to give her a morning boost,&#8221; says Pillai. But is that a good idea?<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Some research indicates that apple cider vinegar may help reduce blood sugar spikes after a meal, decreasing appetite,&#8221;<\/em> explains Pillai. It contains natural probiotics beneficial for gut health. However, there&#8217;s a catch: &#8220;The high acidity level of vinegar can erode tooth enamel and cause nausea, especially if consumed daily.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After her acidic morning ritual, Victoria prepares a smoothie packed with kiwi, apples, lemon, broccoli, spinach, and coconut water.<\/p>\n<h2>Lots of Avocados In Her Diet, Too<\/h2>\n<p>Victoria Beckham supplements her diet with a hefty dose of avocados. <em>&#8220;Avocados are rich in fiber, vitamins B6, C, E, and K, and potassium. They are also a good source of monounsaturated fats, promoting healthy cholesterol levels and good skin health,&#8221;<\/em> adds Pillai. However, moderation is key. She warns not to consume more than four in a day.<\/p>\n<p>While some aspects of the Victoria Beckham diet might seem beneficial, it&#8217;s also clearly restrictive. Eating the same meal every day can lead to nutritional boredom and doesn&#8217;t offer a balanced array of nutrients. The cider vinegar habit has its perks but isn\u2019t without risks. It may be better to consider a more varied and balanced approach to eating.
