Victoria Beckham<\/a> \u2013 the woman who famously wore the slogan tee which read \u201cFashion Stole My Smile\u201d \u2013 is as famous for hardly ever showing her teeth as she is her eponymous label and a Spice Girls peace sign. It seemed surprising, or jarring even, then to see a picture of her pop up on Instagram on Tuesday with a huge megawatt smile.<\/p>\n

Beckham\u2019s 15-year-old son Cruz posted a picture of himself and his mother wearing matching white robes and posing for a selfie in a mirror. The 46-year-old designer is seen flashing a huge smile, such a rare sight that even Cruz captioned the image, \u201cApparently my mum does smile.\u201d<\/p>\n

But it was Beckham\u2019s husband, former football player David Beckham, who is making headlines this morning for his subtle dig of his wife’s pearly whites. \u201cHow white are mum\u2019s @victoriabeckham teeth? It\u2019s Ross from Friends,<\/em>\u201d he commented under his son\u2019s post.<\/p>\n

Fans of the 90s comedy sitcom will know that the 45-year-old was comparing Beckham\u2019s teeth to the episode where Ross Geller (played by David Schwimmer) gets his teeth whitened ahead of a date. They are so white that later on in the night, when the lights dim, they glow in the dark. Next to the \u201cPivot\u201d scene,<\/a> this one is right up there with one of the most memorable.<\/p>\n
