Aim for<strong> a couple of 100-gram servings of vegetables or three servings of whole fresh fruit daily.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, include <strong>three 70-gram servings of whole grains or their derivatives<\/strong> in your diet.<\/p>\n<p>Legumes are also beneficial, with a recommendation of consuming <strong>150 grams of fresh or frozen legumes, or 50 grams of dried legumes, three or more times a week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes also to nuts.
