While her effortless beauty looks<\/a> and ‘quiet luxury’ outfits have always been catnip to younger generations looking to emulate her style, Sofia Richie Grainge has entered a new era of influence since revealing her pregnancy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Naturally, with this new chapter comes many changes, and in a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar<\/em>, she shared the adjustments she’s made to her beauty routine, as well as the advice she’ll be passing on to her daughter. But one product has been a stand out getting her through this transformative time.<\/p>\n

“What I will tell you has been a \u2018yes\u2019 for me throughout my pregnancy is these ice face rollers,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cI have been waking up feeling so puffy. They’ve been super helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though she didn’t specify which ice roller she was specifically reaching for, she may be on the same bandwagon as Kendall Jenner<\/a> with the lauded Contour Cube<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Richie Grainge then opened up about her hair journey, including how she finally managed to grow her hair during the pandemic and how she’s been able to maintain her sought-after hue during pregnancy.<\/p>\n

“I try my hardest to colour my hair, but be mindful of using bleach. I do my roots about every four to five months, and I connect my highlights to the top of my head,” she explained. “I go into the hair salon monthly and tone my overall hair. So that’s my little secret routine that I have.”<\/p>\n

“When I found out I was pregnant, my doctor was like, I’m totally fine to [colour my hair]. So I’ve just been doing some golden pieces around the framing of my face to just keep everything connected,” she continued. “I’m not doing a full set of highlights, but I’ve continued to tone and do those brightening pieces every three to four months.”<\/p>\n

During COVID-19 lockdowns, Richie Grainge recalls taking the time to get serious about her hair health, as she found that her now-luscious locks<\/a> once wouldn’t grow beyond her collarbones from damage.<\/p>\n

“I realised that my hair just needed a break. I didn’t colour it for about a year. I did so much research\u2014YouTube tutorials, TikToks, just kind of hearing how people’s hair journeys and I even made my own concoctions,” she said. “It worked. And thinking back, I was able to regain the integrity of my hair by giving it a rest.”<\/p>\n

As far as what she hopes to teach her daughter, the 25-year-old plans to pass on the same lessons her own mother taught her.<\/p>\n

“[My mum] always instilled in me [the importance of] eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, exercising, and that beauty doesn’t really shine on the outside unless it’s shining on the inside. So she always taught me to have a routine,” she noted. “I followed the same routine for so many years and was mindful of what I put in my body and how I take care of myself.
