In 2022, Kristen Stewart broke tradition when she arrived at the Oscars red carpet<\/a>\u2014her first Oscars, no less\u2014in a pair of satin short shorts by Chanel<\/a>. As a nominee for her role in Spencer<\/em><\/a>, the move was gutsy, and she was definitely on to something, considering the current trends. But rising hems have become mainstream, and with many taking to ditching bottoms altogether<\/a>, the actress has once again set out to outpace the rest.<\/p>\n

At the premiere of her latest A24 film, Love Lies Bleeding<\/em>, Stewart took to the step-and-repeat in a traffic-stopping bodysuit of dramatic proportions.\u00a0Featuring a square neckline and spaghetti straps, the one-piece left little to the imagination with its bold hip-baring cut, cinched in by a waistband\u2014think aerobics-era Jane Fonda<\/a> with a hint of Chicago<\/em>. She paired the suit with sheer black stockings, matching pointed pumps, and an oversized blazer draped around her arms to showcase what was underneath.<\/p>\n

The look, courtesy of the sustainable clothing brand Bettter<\/a>, was oddly appropriate for the debut of this romantic action thriller set in the ’80s. Per the film’s synopsis, Stewart plays Lou, a reclusive gym manager who falls for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder (played by Katy O’Brian) who is preparing a move to Las Vegas to pursue her dreams. Their love soon turns dark as they get pulled deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family.<\/p>\n

Dave Franco, Ed Harris, and Jena Malone also star in the critically acclaimed A24 project, which will be released on March 14. Watch the official trailer below!<\/p>\n
