Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian is expanding her entertainment portfolio yet again, this time venturing into the world of cinema thrillers. As reported by Deadline, Kardashian is set to star in and produce<\/a> an untitled thriller film for Amazon’s MGM Studios.<\/p>\n

While details surrounding the film remain shrouded in secrecy, including the plot and title, it’s known that the project was “developed specifically for Kardashian,” according to sources close to Deadline. This marks a significant departure from Kardashian’s previous acting roles, primarily cameos, on shows such as Entourage <\/em>and How I Met Your\u00a0<\/em>Mother<\/i> \u2014 and, of course, starring in her family’s reality show<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, she recently showcased her dramatic chops in the tenth season of FX’s American Horror Story: Delicate<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The untitled thriller will be written by Natalie Krinsky, known for her work on *iconic* (cue Kim K’s iconic sh*t commentary and wink) shows like Gossip Girl<\/em> and Grey’s Anatomy<\/em>. Krinsky will also serve as a producer alongside Kardashian and Bruna Papandrea of Made Up Stories. Interestingly, this isn’t Kardashian’s first foray into producing. She is currently noted as a producer for the upcoming Netflix comedy film The Fifth Wheel<\/em>, in which she will also portray the lead character.<\/p>\n
