It seems little Prince Archie<\/a> is a child of great taste. Only, his parents, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry<\/a>, aren’t quite willing to foot the bill.<\/p>\n

Recently, Markle revealed to an audience how the influential people the couple surrounds themselves with are rubbing off on their children.<\/p>\n

While moderating a Q&A at a special screening of Netflix’s short film The After<\/em><\/a> with David Oyelowo and director Misan Harriman at a private residence in Montecito, California, the Duchess of Sussex shared that her first-born was highly taken with Harriman after the two met.<\/p>\n

Harriman, a photographer who has captured the family’s portraits in the past, has even inspired Archie<\/a> to pursue similar work.<\/p>\n

“The inspiration runs deep,” she began. “Misan was showing [Archie] how to do photography the last time he was with us, and I bought Archie a camera, and he said, ‘But it\u2019s not a Leica like Misan,'” she told the crowd, according to People<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Leica cameras<\/a>, as many might know, are high-end cameras manufactured in Germany and are known for their higher price points that can set you back around $15,000 AUD.<\/p>\n

“I said, \u2018You are not getting a Leica! Not even for Christmas,'” she laughed.<\/p>\n

“So, thank you for the inspiration across the board,” she added to the director.<\/p>\n

Funnily enough, Prince Archie’s love of photography may have come from his dad’s side of the family. Queen Elizabeth II<\/a> was often spotted with a camera\u2014 including her very own Leica. She especially enjoyed flexing her photography skills at horse shows when her husband, Prince Philip, competed in carriage driving.<\/p>\n
