Beyonc\u00e9 is in the midst of a beauty renaissance<\/a>\u2014an aptly timed rebirth in celebration of the world premiere of the songstress\u2019 Renaissance: A Film by Beyonc\u00e9<\/em> concert movie. The queen of the Beyhive has eschewed her suitably-named honey bronde hair<\/a> for a hue that reflects the accolades of her seventh studio album.<\/p>\n

Indeed, Beyonc\u00e9 cemented her status as the acme of \u2018that girl\u2019 by debuting long, pin-straight platinum blonde locks<\/a> that grazed the bottom of her back.<\/p>\n

She might have shouted out a plethora of colours on her Renaissance album single \u201cCozy\u201d, but Beyonc\u00e9 has piqued our interest with the shade she omitted\u2014platinum, like the colour the record is certified.<\/p>\n

At the premiere, the 42-year-old appeared to skip the fanfare of the chrome carpet\u2014another hue she\u2019s made her signature. Later in the evening, Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, shared an image of the star posing on the metallic step-and-repeat at Beverly Hills\u2019 Samuel Goldwyn Theater.<\/p>\n

For the premiere of her fourth concert documentary film, Beyonc\u00e9 continued the high-fashion-meets-disco sartorial mode seen in the costuming of her Renaissance tour.<\/a><\/p>\n

The film star and director took the silver screen element of the theatrical release to heart by wearing a sculpted silver chainmail gown from Versace. The body-conscious dress featured hip-hugging proportions and a geometric strapless bodice. Beyonc\u00e9 completed her ensemble with ballroom-approved silver opera gloves and Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings. (As she sang in “Heated”, Beyonc\u00e9’s “Got a lot of style, got a lot of Tiffany on me”.)<\/p>\n

According to Variety<\/em><\/a>, the secret soir\u00e9e required a compulsory \u201ccosy opulence\u201d dress code. In attendance were Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s Destiny\u2019s Child band members, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, The Little Mermaid<\/em> star<\/a> and former prot\u00e9g\u00e9, Halle Bailey, Janelle Mon\u00e1e, Issa Rae and more. Sadly, Blue Ivy<\/a> (who was a mainstay on the tour as part of her \u201csummer internship\u201d) was not present.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s reported that Beyonc\u00e9 will soon head to London to host a similar impromptu premiere. An occasion which Taylor Swift is expected to attend given Beyonce\u2019s appearance at the screening of her concert movie, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

As per reporting from Deadline<\/em><\/a>, Renaissance: A Film by Beyonc\u00e9<\/em> has already grossed millions of dollars in ticket pre-sales. They estimate the first-day opening will be between USD$6-7 million based on advance ticket sales alone.
