In the past month alone, we\u2019ve seen Julia Fox is various degrees of costume; there were the frilled panties atop of the pants<\/a>, the wedding dress<\/a> complete with a veil, and all of the near-naked looks<\/a> the actress and author served on the streets of Milan during Fashion Week<\/a>. But to be in London and to wear a corset with a print of Princess Diana’s face on it is a new level.<\/p>\n

Fox teamed the interesting bodice with a lowly-slung, pleated white lace skirt, attached to the body with a white studded belt and silver hooks. She accessorised with a pair of white cowboy boots, a worn handbag with the British flag emblazoned on it, and semi bouffant with white bows and a piece-y fringe.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old Uncut Gems<\/em> star is on the promotional trail for her new book\u00a0Down The Drain<\/em>. In the brutally honest memoir, Fox discusses sex, sugar daddies, addiction, abuse, survival and\u00a0her relationship with Kanye West<\/a>\u00a0whereby she claims the rapper offered her a breast augmentation and supervised\u00a0her wardrobe.<\/a><\/p>\n

Overnight, Fox\u2019s interview with Drew Barrymore aired where the former says she\u2019s swearing off men for a while.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m happy, everything\u2019s fine. Why would I want to throw anything in the mix that will mess up my feng shui?\u201d Fox told Barrymore during an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.<\/em><\/a> \u201cIt would need to be someone who also has kids so they understand they can never come first. That\u2019s a big one. Also, it would have be someone who was OK with seeing me once a week for a two-hour window. Also, they [need to] have a driving force in their life that isn\u2019t me. I can\u2019t be the centre of someone\u2019s world\u2026 and have their world revolve around me. I tend to get into these types of relationships and it just never ends well.\u201d<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve published it before and I\u2019ll publish it again: I envy Fox\u2019s sheer confidence to dress however, and say whatever, she da*n well pleases. What a liberating feeling it must be to reach a place where you have no inhibitions.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think one of the things I appreciate with you is you\u2019re not afraid of the response. How?\u201d Barrymore asked Fox.<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause I know I\u2019ll be on the right side of history,\u201d responded Fox. \u201cAnd maybe people are just too close-minded to see that now. But I think, \u2018Why do we all have to dress the same? Why do we have to do our makeup the same way?\u2019 Why do we have to dim our light to make other people comfortable?<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re uncomfortable with me wearing an outfit like that, you need to ask yourself, \u2018What is it about me that intimidates you?\u2019 And maybe instead of just being jealous, you should try being more like me.\u201d<\/p>\n
