Only in New York City could one dress like a deconstructed version of a Victorian era-ed street star, complete with her underwear outside of her pants, a pair of Marc Jacobs\u2019 giant Kiki platformed ankle boots<\/a>, and all the while posing next to a FedEx truck. Come to think of it, it really has nothing to do with NYC at all\u2014and the only person who could truly pull this look off would be Julia Fox.<\/a><\/p>\n

And there in lies the power of the Uncut Gems<\/em> star.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old actress was pictured arriving at The Sherri Show<\/em> studios in Chelsea, New York City on October 12. In an off-the-shoulder crop with frayed seams, low-slung pants which gathered at the calf, and with those aforementioned panties atop of them, Fox happily smiled and posed for prying paparazzi. Her deep red hair\u2014parted to the side and with some loose tonged curls\u2014framed her beautiful face.<\/p>\n

She is of course is on the promotional trail for her new book Down The Drain<\/em>. In the brutally honest memoir, Fox discusses sex, sugar daddies, addiction, abuse, survival and her relationship with Kanye West<\/a> whereby she claims the rapper offered her a breast augmentation and supervised her wardrobe.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes you have to burn [your life down] and build it back up. Hitting rock bottom is essential sometimes and you can only go up from there,\u201d Fox recently told the panel of hosts on ABC\u2019s The View<\/em><\/a> in the States. \u201cYou can wake up tomorrow and decide to be a completely different person. You don\u2019t have to live by society\u2019s constraints. I think society loves to put women in a box, and I am breaking through that box.\u201d<\/p>\n
