I still remember where I was when I saw the first PDA-dripped image of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker together. Since then, their relationship has been a rollercoaster of inescapable tongue-touching and toe-caressing moments both on social media and on the red carpet. However, despite the Barkers becoming one of Hollywood\u2019s most titillated couples, the 44-year-old reality star has confirmed they\u2019ve pooshed<\/em> themselves to establish some boundaries in the bedroom.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Vanity Fair Italia<\/a>,<\/em> Kardashian revealed that during the first trimester of her pregnancy<\/a>, a suite of doctors put her on strict restrictions which included a sex ban.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis time, unlike the other three, I was followed by a different group of doctors who, in the first months, gave me many restrictions,\u201d Kardashian said in reference to her previous pregnancies with her three children, Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8.<\/p>\n

She continued to detail the \u2018activities\u2019 that were disallowed, including drinking caffeine, doing Pilates and \u201chaving sex!\u201d Kardashian continued to advise that while the medical advice was precautionary, it contributed to a fear for her baby boy\u2019s safety.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cAll this caution made me a little afraid because in the past I had never had to be careful,\u201d the Lemme founder explained. \u201cIt took me a while to let go of the fear, I would say that right after the surgery I got to the point where I let go, I stopped worrying,\u201d she continued, referencing the \u201curgent fetal surgery<\/a>\u201d she underwent in early September.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow I talk to the child every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head straight and say a lot of prayers,\u201d Kardashian added, touching on her recovery. \u201cI feel really lucky and grateful. Well, I have a lot of gratitude, yes. Not that I didn’t have it before, but perhaps since it came easy to me, I took the pregnancy for granted.”<\/p>\n

But with the baby about to be born into one of the most scrutinised and followed families, Kardashian has also touched on whether we\u2019ll see the soon-to-be-born bub on their reality show<\/a>. \u201cTravis and I haven’t yet talked about whether and how much to expose the baby,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

Irrespective of their wishes, we\u2019re sure Kris Jenner has a director\u2019s chair waiting on set with the baby\u2019s name emblazoned on
