When you think of street style, there may be two visions that come to mind: the ever-trendy fashion week fits spotted on the streets of the world’s fashion capitals, and then the other side of the glamor, everyday casual clothes seen on some of Hollywood’s hottest stars as they live their daily lives.<\/p>\n

Emily Ratajkowski’s most recent model off-duty street style is one we are both equally obsessed with yet perplexed by.<\/p>\n

We all know that our favorite it-girls and style icons can rock just about *any* look and still look chic. Of course, their “casual” clothes tend to be more elevated than the rest of society’s, due to their wealth and status; which begs the question, is a casual street style ensemble still considered casual if you spent $3,600 on it?<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski was spotted on the streets of New York City this week looking trendy as ever, rocking a grunge-inspired look with a pop of neon color.<\/p>\n

The basis for her fit was an Online Ceramics Black ‘Stop Animal Testing’ T-Shirt<\/a>, $60 \u2014 which, may we add, we love the message \u2014 paired with Helfrich Collective’s The Collective Sweats in green<\/a>, $60.<\/p>\n

The supermodel layered her look for fall with her go-to brown, oversized leather jacket<\/a>, $194. Although the key components in her outfit don’t seem to match in any sense of the word, it somehow still *works.* But that’s the charm of the My Body<\/em> author’s enviable fashion sense.<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski pulled her New York City street style look together with luxury, eye-catching accessories, including a pair of Jennifer Fisher’s Fine Baby Samira Hoops<\/a>, $2,700, The Paris Review’s Baseball Cap in Black<\/a>,\u00a0$35, Otra’s\u00a0Backstreet sunglasses in black<\/a>,\u00a0$60, and the real show-stopper of her look, lime green Loewe\u00a0<\/a>Cloudtilt Sneakers<\/a>, $490.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although her casual city stroll style costs more than some people’s rent, we stan the status Ratajkowski holds to rock this grunge getup. And, trust us, we’re taking notes!<\/p>\n
