Jodie Turner-Smith and\u00a0 Joshua Jackson are calling time on their marriage.<\/p>\n

As confirmed by People<\/em><\/a>, the actress, 37, filed for divorce from the actor, 45, in Los Angeles after more than three years of marriage.<\/p>\n

Turner-Smith and Jackson tied the knot in late 2019 after meeting and hitting it off at Usher’s 40th birthday party in 2018. In April 2022, they then welcomed their first child<\/a>, a daughter, together. According to the divorce documents, Turner-Smith has requested 50\/50 shared custody a source confirmed to the outlet.<\/p>\n

Just last month, the former couple were photographed together at events during New York Fashion Week<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Though the pair are relatively private, Turner-Smith has opened up about their romance during some appearances.<\/p>\n

“When I first met my husband, we had a one-night stand,” the Anne Boleyn<\/em> <\/a>actress joked on Late Night with Seth Meyers<\/em> in 2021. “We’re in a two, three-year, one-night stand now.”<\/p>\n

Earlier this year in May, Jackson told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live<\/em> that he knew Turner-Smith was “the one” when she “walked into the room looking like that.”<\/p>\n

In August 2019, the two sparked rumours of a wedding when they picked up a marriage license in California. It was later confirmed that the pair did indeed tie the knot in December of that year, but limited details have been shared about the occasion. Later on, Jackson revealed that his wife proposed to him<\/a> while they were on holiday in Nicaragua.<\/p>\n
