According to scientists, being single could favor creativity and productivity<\/a> by\u00a0decreasing distractions<\/strong>. It would, thus, help us concentrate more easily and follow through on our projects.<\/p>\n

Another notable advantage of being single: It could favor social interactions<\/strong>. When we have a significant other, we tend to limit our social interactions to favor intimate moments with our partner. When we are single, we are generally more open to the idea of meeting new people<\/strong> and spending more time with friends and family.<\/p>\n

Moreover, being single could help maintain better physical health<\/strong>. We tend to stay at home less\u00a0and go out more when we are single. Going out more also means moving more<\/a>, and our body and figure may thank us. By leading a study on 13,000 people between the ages of 18 and 64, researchers discovered that people who are single trained more often than the ones who were in a relationship or married.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last, but not least, being single could help you be more mature and positive-thinking<\/strong>. It is a strength to be able to live alone. We learn to be self-sufficient, face our solitude, and even accept it. This can only help us grow and become more mature. Moreover, we learn to deal with our problems alone without having to rely on someone else.
