The Grammys may be the most prestigious award night for those in the music industry, but it’s well known that the MTV<\/a> Video Music Awards<\/a>, more commonly referred to as the VMAs, is where the most eye-catching fashion can be found. With an unwritten dress code that dares guests to bring their all to the stage, the event can always be counted on to showcase some jaw-dropping looks.<\/p>\n

Held at New Jersey\u2019s Prudential Centre and hosted by Nicki Minaj<\/a>, this year’s ceremony marks the first major gathering since Hollywood’s ongoing strikes and includes performances by Cardi B<\/a>, Olivia Rodrigo and Megan the Stallion.<\/a><\/p>\n

Naturally, a slew of A-list stars have converged on the pink carpet to celebrate music’s greatest achievements in video over the last year. From Doja Cat<\/a> in a diaphanous webbed look by Ap0cene and Selena Gomez<\/a> in skin-baring Oscar de la Renta to Olivia Rodrigo<\/a>‘s custom Ludovic de Saint Sernin<\/a> and Taylor Swift’s Liz Hurley<\/a> moment in Versace, guests have done well to avoid the faux pas of playing it safe.<\/p>\n
