Kim Kardashian West<\/a> has struck up an exclusive podcasting deal that will cover her work to exonerate wrongfully condemned individuals from America\u2019s prison cells.<\/p>\n

As first reported by The Wall Street Journal<\/em><\/a>, the reality star and beauty mogul will join Emmy-nominated television producer Lori Rothschild Ansaldi as the podcast follows Kardashian\u2019s work with non-profit legal organization The Innocence Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kardashian is in her second year of studying a four-year law degree and has famously wielded her power as one of the most famous women in the world to secure a meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House in 2018. She asked him to pardon 62-year-old Alice Marie Johnson<\/a> \u2013 a black woman \u2013 who was serving a life sentence in a prison in Aliceville for her role in a non-violent, drug trafficking crime in the 90s. It was her first offense.<\/p>\n

After 21 years behind bars, Johnson was released, an emotional moment that was captured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians<\/em>.
