If anyone knows how to dress for a party<\/a>, its Hailey Bieber<\/a>. Last night she hands-down won the category when she pulled up to celebrate the one-year anniversary of her skincare line, Rhode<\/a>, in New York City glistening from head to toe.<\/p>\n

Bieber<\/a> shimmered from every angle in a pink Swarovski crystal-encrusted custom Vivienne Westwood Couture micro-minidress with a plunging corseted bustier. The show-stopping dress featured a ruched skirt and was emblazoned with two delicate bows \u2014 one at the bust and one at her hip.<\/p>\n

The skincare mogul<\/a> amped up her ensemble with a Tiffany & Co. Victoria Alternating Graduated<\/a> diamond tennis necklace, the jewelry house\u2019s Victoria Mixed Cluster diamond flower stud earrings<\/a> and a dazzling assortment of rings, including the Victoria Alternating ring<\/a> and the Soleste platinum band ring<\/a>. Bieber carried an iridescent silver metallic mesh handbag with transparent Gianvito Rossi PVC mule heels<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As for her beauty moment, Bieber slicked back her hair into a tight topknot with a middle-part and made her makeup match her dress with bright pink blush along her cheekbones, rose pink eyeshadow and a glossy pink lip. Even her mani-pedi coordinated, with a red base and light pink tips on her finger nails<\/a>. The entire look screamed\u00a0Y2K and Barbiecore<\/a> combined.<\/p>\n

On her Instagram Stories<\/a>, Bieber shared a snapshot of beautiful white flowers from her husband Justin Bieber<\/a>. \u201cHappy 1 year of Rhode to my beautiful wife,\u201d read the note. \u201cI\u2019m so proud of you. Love, Justin.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also shared a clip addressing the crowd in a video clip shared to her Stories<\/a>. “I just wanted to say thank you so much to everybody for coming and celebrating with me.” In another post, Bieber said, \u201cThank you so much, I would not be able to do this without any of you.”<\/p>\n

Bieber was then seen cutting into a cake in pictures and videos shared by her famous friends like Emily Ratajkowski<\/a>, Simon Huck and Lauren Ratner.<\/p>\n
