Hailey Bieber<\/a> may be better known for her understated approach to beauty \u2014 her viral “glazed donut” nails<\/a> still have a chokehold on us \u2014 but it seems the Rhode beauty founder is gearing up for a maximalist summer. Yesterday, the 26-year-old shared a glimpse of her latest mismatched manicure, which seemed to be a dramatic departure from her usual beauty minimalism<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Debuting the new summer look, Bieber posted a series of photos to her Instagram<\/a> that revealed a freshly-manicured hand, with each almond-shaped nail sporting a different design. While the cohesive color palette of warm pinks, purples and yellows brought them all together, the other clear motif was a crocodile skin print \u2014 a very on-trend Y2k-inspired look.<\/p>\n

The set also featured sporadic polka dots, marble effects, French tips and ombre tones that looked stunning up against the light of the afternoon sun, as seen in a photo shared by the model.<\/p>\n

While the left hand’s set made it onto her grid, she also posted a photo of her right hand on her Stories, which boasted similar designs in mixed-up colors within the coordinating palette.<\/p>\n

Though no one’s been officially named as the creator of this impeccable nail art<\/a>, Bieber has been loyal to Zola Ganzorigt. The celebrity manicurist can be credited for some of her most iconic looks, including the glazed donut sheen<\/a>, glazed candy cane nails<\/a> for Christmas, and the glow-in-the-dark neon nails she rocked for Coachella.<\/p>\n

As we’ve seen with her wardrobe choices lately, the model seems to be moving away from her usual refined minimalism and having fun with some more experimental looks. Whether or not we’ll see new iterations of her classic glazed nails is up in the air, but we’re sure that the mismatched mani is going to be everywhere this
