The 2023 Cannes Film Festival<\/a> has officially commenced and it’s delivering all the glitz, glam and couture looks we come to expect from the star-studded event. Every May, the French Riviera transforms into a celebration of cinema \u2014 and fashion \u2014 as renown actors arrive at the Palais des Festivals et des Congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

This year, Swedish filmmaker Ruben \u00d6stlund, actress Brie Larson<\/a> and The Batman<\/em><\/a>‘s Paul Dano all join the festival\u2019s official jury. Highly anticipated films in the competition include Todd Haynes’s May December <\/em>starring Julianne Moore<\/a>, Natalie Portman<\/a> and Charles Melton and Wes Anderson<\/a>‘s alien-invasion comedy Asteroid City<\/em><\/a> starring Scarlett Johansson<\/a>, Margot Robbie<\/a>, Maya Hawke<\/a> and Tom Hanks.<\/p>\n

Martin Scorsese<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0Killers of the Flower Moon<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>starring Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a> and Robert De Niro will be shown out of competition, along with Sam Levinson’s The Idol<\/em> series<\/a> with Lily-Rose Depp<\/a> and Abel \u201cThe Weeknd<\/a>\u201d Tesfaye.<\/p>\n

The 76th annual Cannes Film Festival will run through May 27, so be sure to see all of the best looks from the opening festivities, below, and check for more must-see moments over the next 10 days.<\/p>\n
