Trust Anok Yai, one of the biggest supermodels in the world, to not only bring the most to the 2023 Met Gala red carpet but make headlines with her follow-up street style.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday morning, as many recovered from a raucous night of post-event partying, Yai was photographed leaving her New York City hotel in a high-low look that was straight out of a ’00s video clip.<\/p>\n

Emerging onto the street in an ab-baring outfit, the 25-year-old sported a pair of brown Jehucal sweatpants, slung low enough so that the straps of her black thong sat above the waistband. On top, she wore a brown bralette and brought some serious glamour with a white and brown fur coat and silver chain.<\/p>\n

In her hand, Yai carried a sage green Birkin<\/a>, customized by Jay Ahr with a bandana print.<\/p>\n

Just the day before, the model stunned in a custom Prabal Gurung<\/a> dress while attending the Met Gala<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The look featured a low-cut bodice adorned with cascading gold paillettes that flowed into a pannier skirt with a beaded fringe hem. Styled by Carlos Nazario, she then added a brown veil over her eyes. Accessories were kept simple with Mindi Mond NY jewelry, and Jimmy Choo heels that complimented the flowing black train and matching sheer opera gloves.<\/p>\n
