It’s the first Monday in May which means \u2014 the Met Gala<\/a> is here! Every year, the Metropolitan Museum of Art\u2019s Costume Institute raises funds by hosting the Met Gala, where the most A-list celebrities and most notable designers and models mingle at the museum wearing fantastical fashions.<\/p>\n

Over the years, looks have gone down in fashion history<\/a> for their opulence and commitment to the dress code. The theme matches the exhibit, which honors the life and work of the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. The exhibition is titled, \u201cKarl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” and the official dress code<\/a> for guests at the 2023 Met Gala will be \u201cin honor of Karl.\u201d<\/p>\n

Co-hosts for the evening<\/a> include singer Dua Lipa, I May Destroy You<\/em> star Michaela Coel, Oscar-winner Pen\u00e9lope Cruz and tennis champion Roger Federer who will all co-chair the celeb-filled night, along with Vogue\u2019<\/em>s Anna Wintour.<\/p>\n
