As we gear up for the third season of HBO\u2019s hit satirical comedic anthology series The White Lotus<\/em><\/a>, fans have been theorizing whether we\u2019ll see any of our favorite characters return from past seasons. Now, we finally have an answer.<\/p>\n

Actress Natasha Rothwell will reprise her role as spa manager Belinda Lindsey, per Variety<\/em><\/a>. Each season, the show follows a new brigade of wealthy and complex characters enjoying their stay at the namesake fictional luxury resort. So far Jennifer Coolidge<\/a> had been the only actor to reprise her role across seasons with her iconic portrayal of Tanya McQuoid<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Belinda was a fan favorite in season 1. She worked for the resort in Hawaii and became a confidante and shoulder to cry on for Tanya, who promised to make an investment for Belinda to open her own healing spa practice, but abandoned that idea before departing the resort.<\/p>\n

The plot for season 3 (set in Thailand<\/a>) remains tight under wraps, but creator Mike White teased some ideas for the next iteration in a HBO Max post-episode featurette following the season 2 finale. \u201cThe first season, we highlighted money and then the second season is sex and I think the third season, it would be maybe a kind of satirical and funny look at death in Eastern religion and spirituality \u2014 it feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus<\/em><\/a>,\u201d said White. As the publication<\/a> pointed out, the theme could “potentially align” with Belinda’s wellness resum\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Rothwell earned herself an Emmy nomination for her role in The White Lotus<\/em><\/a> for best supporting actress in a limited or anthology series at the 2022 Emmy Awards.<\/p>\n

Rothwell is also known for her critically acclaimed role as Issa\u2019s (Issa Rae<\/a>) friend Kelli in the HBO series Insecure<\/em><\/a>, which she also wrote, produced and directed. The star has written for Saturday Night Live<\/em><\/a> and her other acting credits include American Dad<\/em>, Bob\u2019s Burgers<\/em>, Bojack Horseman<\/em>\u00a0and Brooklyn Nine-Nine<\/em>. Rothwell also serves at creator and star of the Hulu comedy series How to Die Alone<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We can’t wait to see Rothwell return as Belinda and take Thailand by
