There\u2019s no stopping Pamela Anderson<\/a>\u2019s fashion renaissance<\/a>. The icon<\/a> embraced \u201880s excess on Wednesday evening at the Mugler x <\/a>H&M launch party at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City alongside a sea of famous faces and friends of the brand.<\/p>\n

Wear a standout ensemble from the\u00a0Mugler x H&M collaboration<\/a>, Anderson took her front row seat in a sheer black catsuit covered in bedazzled swirling stars, featuring a mock neckline and footed leggings.<\/p>\n

The Love, Pamela<\/em> author teamed her bodysuit with a commanding black blazer with padded, angular shoulders, reminiscent of the dramatic silhouettes from \u00a0Mugler in the 1980s.\u00a0Anderson slipped into a pair of red-bottom Christian Louboutin black patent leather pumps for the occasion.<\/p>\n

The Broadway darling<\/a>\u00a0styled her iconic blonde hair in glossy, tousled waves, with a luminous bronzed complexion, featuring her famous uber-thin eyebrows, signature smokey eye and a pink lip.<\/p>\n

Anderson sat front row alongside Lourdes Leon<\/a>, The Idol<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Moses Sumney, Charli XCX<\/a> and Chlo\u00eb Sevigny.<\/a> The stylish bunch posed alongside Mugler creative director Casey Cadwallader and H&M creative advisor Ann-Sofie Johansson.<\/p>\n

The collaboration, including womenswear, menswear and accessories, was designed by Cadwallader and Johansson and will launch online and in select stores beginning May 11.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really wanted to do tailoring because it\u2019s the most iconic thing at the house \u2013 black, sculpted shoulders, nipped in waists,\u201d Cadwallader said at a panel discussion<\/a> on Wednesday. \u201cAlso, to be able to push things like crystals \u2013 it was so impressive the way that H&M was able to do that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody loves a bit of bling,\u201d added Johansson. Cadwallader\u00a0continued, \u201cWe did something with H&M that we can\u2019t do at Mugler, to pave the Lycra and the crystals \u2013 they\u2019re super close together. The crystals are big, it\u2019s really decadent, really beautiful, and for such a value at the end of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n

In celebration of the collab and an ode to the fashion house\u2019s close ties with the music industry, Mugler and H&M released a music video starring a brigade of rising stars from Amaarae and Shygirl to Eartheater and Arca, who recorded their own take on Stardust\u2019s 1998 dance hit song, \u201cMusic Sounds Better With You.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shygirl, Eartheater and Amaarae performed live at the fashionable f\u00eate while models encircled the crowd.<\/p>\n

The Mugler x H&M collaboration<\/a> will drop online and in select stores on May 11.
