Ahead of summer, Instagram\u2019s original beauty muse<\/a> and purveyor of New York street style<\/a> Olivia Palermo<\/a> has given her wavy, honey-hued hair the long bob treatment.<\/p>\n

Enlisting the expertise of renowned hair stylist Andrew J Davis<\/a>, the 37-year-old The City<\/em> alum took a leaf out of Hailey Bieber\u2019s Book of Hairstyles<\/a>, and gave her signature length a blunt chop. A wet cut, a soft blowdry and a slow motion reveal later \u2013 and we\u2019re honestly in love!<\/p>\n

\u201cWoke up, called my dear friend @andrecelebhair and this is how it went,\u201d Palermo captioned an Instagram reel<\/a>. Take a look at the process and reveal below.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve used to seeing Palermo parading the cobbled streets of the West Village<\/a> with longer hair for years now. But she did sport a shaggier version of this current do back in 2018 when she starred as GRAZIA<\/em>\u2019s cover model<\/a> \u2013 a shoot which took place at Gelso & Grand in the heart of Little Italy in Manhattan<\/a>. \u201cWith age and time, everything evolves, everyone\u2019s eye evolves,\u201d Palermo told GRAZIA<\/em> at the time, possibly remembering some of the late 2000 trends. \u201cYou definitely have a different eye on things when you are 19 years old than you do when you\u2019re in your thirties. My style has been eclectic and I\u2019ve had the great fortune to be able to see everything. I still like to be polished.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since, Palermo has launched her own cosmetics line Olivia Palermo Beauty<\/a> partnering up with Paris-based Marie Claire Beauty Group for the venture \u2013 and showing up with this life-changing serum-lipstick hack<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to create a beauty line that follows my own ethos on fashion \u2014 something that fits my mood, but also provides a timeless look that everyone can rely on in a pinch,\u201d Palermo
