The quintessential party dress<\/a> featured a bedazzled rectangle-shaped buckle at her chest for just the right dose of bling on the otherwise minimalist frock.<\/p>\n

In keeping with her retro aesthetic, Bieber teamed her dress with a pair of sheer black Calzedonia tights, black high-heeled pumps and a simple black shoulder bag, which all scream ’90s-chic.<\/p>\n

The skincare mogul accessorized with a gold wristwatch, dainty circular gold stud earrings and of course, her sparkling engagement ring. She pulled her hair back into a sleek, slicked bun with a middle part and completed her look with a pair of black narrow rectangular sunglasses.<\/p>\n

Hardly the first time Bieber has championed 16Arlington, Bieber wore the brand\u2019s cult-beloved sequined Solaria dress<\/a> to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em><\/a> last June.<\/p>\n
