Katie Holmes<\/a> remains undefeated in the style department<\/a>. On Monday evening, the actress<\/a> stepped out in New York City to celebrate a special screening of her new film, Rare Objects<\/em> at the Crosby Street Hotel.<\/p>\n

The Dawson\u2019s Creek<\/em> alum<\/a> chose a slinky dress from INTERIOR’s Fall\/Winter 2023 collection with a shimmering metallic mesh overlay, an asymmetrical hemline and red ribboned fringe on the sides. The star<\/a> styled her ensemble with a single-breasted black blazer jacket, sheer black stockings and silver strappy sandals.<\/p>\n

Holmes<\/a> accessorized with long silver earrings, a Vacheron Constantin watch and her nose ring<\/a>. The Wanderers<\/em> star<\/a> sported a soft smokey eye, mile-long lashes and an eye-popping cherry red lip while wearing her brunette tresses in a messy high bun, with two tendrils framing her face.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rare Objects<\/em> marks Holmes<\/a>\u2019 fifth directorial endeavor. The actress previously directed the short film Eternal Princess<\/em> in 2015, All We Had<\/em> in 2016, an episode of the miniseries The Kennedys After Camelot <\/em>in 2017 and the movie Alone Together<\/em> in 2022.<\/p>\n
